Sea Point is situated between Mouille Point, Green Point and Bantry bay and is a lively suburb and is best known for its promenade where you will find joggers and strollers casually moving with the ocean breeze. All along the oceanside of the Sea Point promenade the coastline has different characteristics. Some parts are rocky and almost inaccessible, other parts have open beaches. Sea Point beach adjoins an olympic sized seawater swimming pool, another beach further towards the city is known as Rocklands.

On the slopes of Signal Hill you will find Upper-Sea Point with expensive private villa’s, moving towards the sea, you will find Main Road with houndreds for shops, bistro’s and restaurants, then on the beachfront you will find luxury apartment buildings.

A few years back the community of Sea Point has make this suburb one of the safest area’s in Cape Town by installing surveillance camera’s everywhere and got a bigger police presence in the area. Sea Point Police: Corner of Stanley and Bay Roads, Green Point. Tel +27 (0)21 434 2345
